Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains your rights regarding refunds and the withdrawal period for Argus Labs services.

1Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law, you normally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exception for Digital Services

However, by subscribing to Argus Labs and accessing our digital services immediately, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service begins immediately upon subscription confirmation.
  • You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
  • You acknowledged this waiver during registration.

2Refund Policy

While the right of withdrawal is waived, Argus Labs may grant refunds in the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

  • Persistent technical issues that prevent use of the service and cannot be resolved within 7 days.
  • Billing errors resulting in overcharges.
  • Significant service discontinuation by Argus Labs.
  • Duplicate payments made in error.

Refunds are NOT granted for:

  • Change of mind after service usage.
  • Partial use of the subscription period.
  • Unused AI credits (non-refundable).
  • Account termination due to Terms violation.

3How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

Include your account email, subscription ID, and reason for request.

We will respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

4Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you experience significant issues within the first 7 days of your subscription that cannot be resolved by our support team, contact us for a case-by-case evaluation.

5Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
